Hollow shaft right angle gearbox AAW-RFHP is with forced tight ring.The hollow shaft integrally molded for a powerful cone packing unit makes the axis tightly locked to the gearbox.AAW-RFHP is the high efficiency gearbox,combined by planetary body structure and precise spiral bevel,which ensure the gearbox rotate smoothly in low noise and generate less heat.
AAW-RFHP right angle gearbox is with input flange,can be easy installed by 5 directions.
Nominal torques of AAW-RFHP right angle gearbox is 30~4000Nm,applicable for a variety of industrial machinery uses in transmission mechanism.
AAW-RFHP right angle spiral bevel gearbox has a large range of ratios:
1-stage: 1:2~1:30
2-stage: 1:24~1:300
AAW-RFHP is a low backlash right angle gearbox:
1-stage : 1arcmin~5arcmin
2-stage : 2arcmin~8arcmin
High efficiency makes the right angle gearbox rotate with low noise and generate less heat:
1-stage: ≥ 90%
2-stage: ≥ 85%
