SJA series screw lift can be modular combined with reducers and various accessories to meet any requirements from customers.
There are different kinds of SJA screw lift:
Screw lift with common gears, Ball screw lift, Anti-backlash screw lift, Screw lift with safety nut
Classification as per movement type: One is screw lift with screw rod movement, the other one is screw lift with nut movement.
The working temperature of this screw lift is -10℃-40℃, if you need -40℃-+70℃, please contact us. Both double and three screw lead can be offered, the lift speed proportionally increase.
1.Accurate positioning: Attached with anti-backlash unit to make precision reach to 0.05mm.
2.With absolute mechanical synchronous lifting system: Multiple screw lifts can be synchronously driven by one motor, mechanical synchronization.
3.Use safety nut design to monitor the product wear condition and eliminate hazards.

6. The stroke can reach to 8m, but the stability and guide mechanism should be taken into consideration.

1.Use design of special square groove housing to enhance the heat radiation ability of the shell and lengthen the service time of grease
2.The shell material of nodular cast iron substantially improve the tensile,performance of shell and extend the application under high and low temperature.

Cautions
1.Reasonable selection of lubricant oil, especially, the reducer which with power more than 11KW should be infused by medium load gear oil.
2.Inspect the lubricant oil, hydraulic oil, coolant,oil level and quality, also check the sealing of complete machine.If you find the oil is lack or overmuch during the inspection, please analyze the reasons.
3.Strengthen the lubrication at each lubricating points. Suggest add lubricant grease in the lubricating points weekly during the run-in period. (except for the special requirement)
4.Please make sure that the rotating direction of oil pump is clockwise when connect the vertical reducer which with oil pump to power supply.
5. Quick wearing: Due to spare parts process, assemble and debugging of the new reducer, the contact area of matching surface is smaller, while the allowable torque is larger. During the running of reducer, the concave and convex section of component surface tabling rub mutually, the dropped metal debris again serve as abrasive to take part in friction continuously, this even more accelerate the wear of component matching surface. So during the run-in period, the spare parts are easily worn ( especial the matching surface).
